From november to middle of march

Pruning :

The pruning, is made from November to March, during the vegetative rest

of the vines.

This work, can seem simple, but requires in fact a big practice and a blow

of expert eye.Because it is a question of choosing the good cane which will carry

the future harvest.

This operation aims at settling the production of fruits in quantity, as in quality.

According to vines, we shall cut either in goblet, or in guyot, everything depends

on the vigour of the plot and on the objective of production
