Moulin à Vent :

Color garnet deep. The mixture of flavor of red berries, spice and the oak barrel, allows this wine to keep all the characteristics of Beaujolais, while getting closer to Burgundian wines. That is why we say of the “Moulin à Vent” that it is " the Lord of Beaujolais ".

 

Description : 

Grape Variety : 100 % Gamay

Harvest and ageing :The grapes are hand-picked. A fifteen-day maceration, allthe fruit flavours are extracted. The grapes are pressed whole. Pressing is very smoot thanks to pneumatic presses. The wine ages in oak casks for 1 year.

Wine' temperature : between 15° at 17°C

Cellaring: Up to 7 years after harvest date. In the best years, it can age for up to 12 years.
