Color ruby. The contribution of these old plots of land gives to our “Beaujolais Vieilles Vignes” a balance completed between the structure of “Crus” wines of the Beaujolais and the fruity of the traditional Beaujolais. During this ageing, it will gain in curvature, tannins and structure.

Description : 

Grape variety :   100 % Gamay

Harvest and ageing : The grapes are hand-picked. The grapes are pressed whole. Pressing is very smoot thanks to pneumatic presses. The ageing of the wine is made in stainless steel vat, thermo regulated.

Wine’s temperature : between 15° and 17°C

Cellaring:  Up to 5 years after harvest date.
