Grape variety :   100 % Gamay

Harvest and ageing : The grapes are hand-picked. The grapes are pressed whole. Pressing is very smoot thanks to pneumatic presses. The ageing of the wine is made in stainless steel vat, thermo regulated.

Wine’s temperature : between 14° and 16°C

Cellaring:  Up to 3-4 years after harvest date.  It will be drink young if you want to keep the fruit aromas
